The transformation of constant pressure water supply system relies on ultra-efficient synchronous reluctance motor technology.
The original three-phase asynchronous motor is used as the object of energy-saving transformation. The ultra-high-efficiency syn- chronous reluctance motor + driver is used to replace the original ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor and upgrade the equipment. And upgrading, the motor energy efficiency has been improved to IE5 (new national standard first-level energy efficiency), the overall efficiency of the motor has been improved to more than 95.36%, comprehensive power saving rate is 9.5%, it can save 29,500 kilowatt hours of electricity every year and the power saving effect is considerable.
